2. Another way to make your butt bigger is to eat certain types of foods. The types of foods you should eat should consist of protein (lean fish, chicken breast, protein shakes, lean beef, turkey breast), veggies, fruits, and complex carbs (whole wheat bread, whole wheat pastas, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes). Be sure you eat every two to three hours.

3. The third way to get a bigger buttocks is to do weight training exercises. You should weight train at least three times a week. Some of the weight training routines you can do includes lunges, squats, and leg presses. You can also do leg curls and leg extensions if you want to tone your thighs.
