The foods you should eat includes fruits, veggies, lean meats and fish, whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas, and nuts. You should try to eat every couple of hours. 3. The third thing you can do to make your booty bigger is do weight training exercises. The exercises that you should do are squats, lunges, leg press, and hip extensions. Also, you should add in some bicep curls, shoulder press, tricep pushdowns, and some ab exercises. You should do these exercises a couple of times a week.
